I am Natasha L. Taylor, PMP, MHA. I am a mother, a survivor, and a visionary who builds systems rooted in healing, justice, and spiritual restoration. She Is Us United™ was born from my own lived experience. There was a time when I had no help, no home, and no support while raising my children. I was alone, struggling, and fully aware that no one was coming to save me. So I became the one. I built what I needed. Now I offer it to others.

She Is Us United™ is a trauma-informed sanctuary for women. We provide safe housing, mental health care, nourishment, life skills, job preparation, and spiritual grounding. This is where women rise from survival into sovereignty. It is not just a shelter. It is a sacred space to rebuild, restore, and remember who they are.

From that same path, I created Golden Roots Healthcare System™. It is a holistic, person-centered model of care designed for all people. Golden Roots™ blends public health, spiritual medicine, legal literacy, and ancestral healing into one unified system. We treat the whole person and honor identity, history, culture, and spirit.

The art I create through Golden Roots™ is medicine. Every piece holds energy, memory, and intention. My work includes visual art, music, and digital storytelling. These creative tools help fund our healing systems. Every buyer becomes part of the mission. Every collector becomes part of the cure.

Golden Roots means you are always connected. Through your body. Through your spirit. Through your story. We are building a world where that connection is sacred again.

I hold a Master’s in Healthcare Administration, a Master’s in Health Information Management, and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. I am a public health practitioner, scientist, healthcare changer, and Soul Scientist of Ancestral Systems and Social Medicine. I proudly serve on several committees and coalitions including the NAACP Healthcare Committee, the Florida Public Health Association’s Membership and Fundraising Committee, the American Public Health Association, the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), and the National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE). I also serve as a reviewer for the Association of Schools and Programs of Public Health (ASPPH) 2026 Annual Meeting, helping shape the future of public health education.

In addition to my organizational work, I created The Humanity Project™, a public health initiative and emotional justice curriculum for women and youth. This project centers on healing trauma, restoring dignity, and rebuilding compassion in a world that has lost its connection to humanity.

I do not build for praise. I build because we need systems that serve the soul. I use my credentials to open doors, design solutions, and speak truth in every room I enter. This mission is not just a career. It is my calling. It is what I was born to do.

This is the message. This is the model. This is the movement.
